Each website allows students to quickly access important on and off campus information and resources, everything from reminders about school deadlines to open restaurants and current specials. UCampus allows students a better way to connect to their school and city.

What is our Recruiter position?

UCampus is currently located at over 500 colleges and universities nationwide and we're looking for a candidate to help us recruit qualified students and young professionals to work on our local staff at each site. Recruiters will be responsible for all recruiting efforts in their region, including recruiting UCampus Site Managers, Local Authors, and Sales Reps. This position will involve not only evaluating and interviewing potential candidates, but also involve training and assisting in the official launch of each campus site.

This is a full time position in Austin, TX with competitive salary and benefits.

We're looking for passionate, talented, hard working individuals who are comfortable working in a fast paced environment. UCampus is a small but rapidly growing startup and we need team members who can thrive in this competitive field. Recruiters should be friendly, social people with great organizational skills and should have a good eye for talented individuals that would fit in at UCampus. We do not require a certain level of experience for this job, but preferably candidates should have some experience recruiting.
